Processing & Shipping Schedule

Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day.

We ship Monday through Wednesday to help prevent weekend delays.

Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.
Shipping Method
We ship via UPS or FedEx, based on the most reliable and cost-effective option.

Delivery Guidelines

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Please ship to an address where someone can receive the package—we are not responsible for items damaged after delivery.

If you need delivery on a specific day, please add a note at checkout.

Incorrect addresses or rerouted packages may result in a $12–$20 fee.

Chocolate melts quickly!
During hot weather, holidays, or major storms, we may delay shipments to help protect your candy.
We include ice packs during warm months, but we cannot guarantee that your items won’t be affected by heat once shipped.
