We want you to love what you ordered! If something’s not right, here’s how we can help:
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on eligible items.
To qualify, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

In original packaging, with tags

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Approved returns will receive a prepaid label and return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away at info@nandyscandy.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable & Perishable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items, including all food products (chocolates, candies, etc.).
Due to health and safety standards, once a food item has left our premises, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
The following are also non-returnable:

Sale items and gift cards

Hazardous or flammable materials
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any perishable food items. For other eligible items, the fastest way to get what you need is to initiate a return (if applicable) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, bank processing times may vary.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@nandyscandy.com.
